Representatives of Shanghai, Jiangxi, Guangdong, Chongqing, Yunnan, Gansu and other competent departments of industry and information technology exchanged views on the development of industrial energy conservation supervision in the region and the next step to implement the considerations. The participants conducted on-site investigations on the energy management platform of key industrial energy-using units in Shanghai and the online monitoring platform of Shanghai data center.

Carrying out industrial energy conservation supervision is an important means to ensure the implementation of the "Energy Conservation Law" and other relevant industrial energy conservation legal systems, promote enterprises to save energy and improve energy efficiency, and promote carbon peak and carbon neutrality in the industrial field.
