On March 19, Kang Yanbing, deputy director of the National Energy Conservation Center, was invited to give a special lecture entitled "Strengthening the Guidance of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality and Promoting Green, Low-Carbon and High-quality Development" for the cadre training course of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Investment Group of the Central Party School (National Academy of Administration).

Deputy Director Kang Yanbing explained the background significance of China's carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals, analyzed the direction of the energy low-carbon transformation revolution under the "double carbon" strategy and the possible extensive and far-reaching impact on all walks of life in the economy and society, shared the relevant theoretical methods of green and low-carbon development and how to scientifically understand the "double carbon" work, introduced the realization path, key areas and countermeasures of the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals, and expounded the new opportunities in the huge green investment market of new technologies, new formats and new models of energy conservation and carbon reductionAt the same time, combined with the study and implementation of the new requirements of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, relevant suggestions are put forward for the future green, low-carbon and high-quality transformation and development of Guangxi, as well as how investment institutions can help the national "double carbon" strategy and energy conservation and carbon reduction.
