On the morning of July 13, Weihui Circular Economy Industrial Park (hereinafter referred to as "Industrial Park") started construction in Tangzhuang Town, Weihui City, Xinxiang, Henan Province. The groundbreaking ceremony of the industrial park was presided over by Cui Hongjian, member of the Standing Committee of the Xinxiang Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Weihui Municipal Party Committee.Based on the national circular economy and the "double carbon" target strategy, with the strong support of the China Association of Circular Economy and related industry associations, the industrial park starts from the chemical recycling of polyester, works closely with universities and institutes, and after a year of research, it has successfully solved the world problem of high-value recycling of polyester, and plans to build a complete closed-loop industrial park integrating recycling, recycling, green and low-carbon production, and high-value application. In accordance with the ecological circular economy development model of "raw material resources-products-consumption-renewable resources", the industrial park will build a national demonstration of the recycling application of the plastic packaging industry and a leading carbon neutral smart industrial park with industry benchmarking effect in China.

He suggested that the construction of the industrial park should do a good job in the top-level design of "layout optimization, enterprise clusters, material circulation, and intensive development", and should grasp the key links of "seven modernizations", that is, the rationalization of spatial layout, the optimization of industrial structure, the recycling of industrial links, the efficiency of resource utilization, the centralization of pollution control, the greening of infrastructure, and the standardization of operation and management. He hopes that the construction of the industrial park should rely on Henan Yinjinda Holding Group, a professional enterprise, to build an integrated industrial chain of polyester materials from raw materials to recycled cycles, realize the infinite cycle of waste polyester plastics, form a modern industrial system with low consumption, low emission, high efficiency and energy recycling, and strive to build a circular economy demonstration park with "rapid economic development, efficient use of resources, beautiful and clean environment, and ecological virtuous cycle".
