Focusing on the core technical problems of permanent magnet drive system transmission and magnetic permeable materials in rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motors, a research and development team composed of a number of senior motor engineers focuses on the development of mechatronics technology that combines theory with practice. Since the successful development of the first domestic industrial high-power rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor in 2009, the team has continuously improved the technology, improved the production process level, and improved the motor efficiency, motor operation stability and service life. The developed products have achieved motor efficiency far exceeding the latest national standard 1 energy efficiency value, and the products have been applied to various industries such as metallurgy, cement, chemical industry, and petroleum.
