An oil transfer station in Daqing Oilfield

There are three oil pumps in this station, two of which are 75KW permanent magnet motors of our company Integrated drive device, one is a 75KW power frequency asynchronous motor.            

Integrating the power consumption of four months, the power consumption of frequency conversion is higher than that of power frequency Power consumption, the ratio of permanent magnet variable frequency power consumption to the original asynchronous power frequency power consumption in four months is

39.97%; 63.45%; 71.58%; 61.89%;

The total ratio is 59.61%,

That is, the permanent magnet variable frequency motor saves nearly 40% of electricity.
