DateTime:2023-05-09 Hits:41
A few days ago, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced a new batch of green manufacturing lists for 2022, which is the seventh batch of green manufacturing lists announced by the country since the implementation of the selection of green manufacturing systems. Up to now, China has basically built a green manufacturing system.

Up to now, China has established 3,616 green factories, 267 green industrial parks, and 403 green supply chain management enterprises at the national level, and has promoted nearly 30,000 green products, and the green manufacturing system has been continuously cultivated and expanded.

Sheng Chaoxun, Director of the Strategic Policy Office of the China Macroeconomic Research Institute: Green manufacturing is a modern manufacturing model, which is characterized by low consumption, low emission, high efficiency and high efficiency. Promoting the construction of green manufacturing system is an important part of building a modern industrial system.
Industry is an important area to achieve the "dual carbon" goal. Since 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has selected the green manufacturing list from the national, provincial and municipal levels every year to accelerate the construction of a green manufacturing system.

Huang Libin, Director of the Department of Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: With the creation of green factories, the development of green products, the construction of green industrial parks and the construction of green supply chains as the traction, we will actively promote the green and low-carbon transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, vigorously develop green and low-carbon industries, and continuously improve the efficiency of energy and resource utilization and the level of clean production.
Nowadays, green factories and green industrial parks are emerging, which is supporting the fundamentals of China's green manufacturing. Walking into this green factory in Hefei, Anhui Province, more than 8,000 orders are processed here every day on average, and 80% of the orders are customized requirements of less than 5 units per transaction.

Ding Xiaohui, head of Hefei Industrial Base of Lenovo Group: We use artificial intelligence and some big data analysis methods, and it only takes one to two minutes to schedule production. Two years ago, it was six hours. Carbon emissions from a single computer have dropped by 49 percent.

In this green industrial park in Chengdu, Sichuan, more than 10,000 sensors are monitoring energy consumption and emissions indicators in every corner of the park in real time. On this line, the carbon footprint of each product produced can be verified. At present, nearly 90% of the park's green and low-carbon industries and more than 70% of green electricity are used.

Jiang Kanghui, Deputy Director of the Industrial Development Department of the Huaizhou New Town Management Committee of Chengdu City: For new enterprises in the zone, the entry threshold of carbon dioxide emission intensity will be set to strictly restrict high-energy-consuming and high-emission projects from entering the park.
Since the beginning of this year, the utilization efficiency of China's energy resources has continued to improve. At present, the energy consumption level of green factories is better than the benchmark level of energy efficiency, and the average solid waste disposal utilization rate of green industrial parks exceeds 95%.
The green supply capacity has been significantly enhanced. In the first quarter of this year, China's solar cell and new energy vehicle output increased by 53.2% and 22.5% respectively.
Remarkable results have been achieved in the adjustment of the industrial structure. In the first quarter of this year, China's investment in high-tech industries increased by 16% year-on-year, and the advanced manufacturing industry continued to grow and develop. The construction of a green manufacturing system is driving the coordinated transformation of the industrial chain and supply chain, adding new impetus to the high-quality development of China's economy.
