On May 11, 2023, the publicity and implementation of the "Industrial Energy Conservation Supervision Measures" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures") and the energy-saving training course for key energy-using enterprises sponsored by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and undertaken by the Industrial Energy Conservation Center of the Autonomous Region were held in Yinchuan. This training will guide and interpret the background, legal status, connotation content, management norms and application of the results of the "Measures", explain the basic knowledge of industrial energy consumption statistics, the industrial energy conservation situation in the autonomous region, and the local energy consumption quota standards, and carry out on-site exchanges and interactions. More than 200 people participated in the event, including energy management personnel of industrial enterprises with an annual energy consumption of more than 50,000 tons of standard coal, relevant responsible comrades of the competent departments of industry and information technology of various cities and counties, and industrial energy conservation supervisors.
